Music Artist, Songwriter, Director, and Producer, Wall G, who is also known as Dub Gz, was raised in Hollis Queens, New York. While growing up, he believed that you should learn something new everyday. Following this belief, he completed high school in Queens, before attending college and Trade School in New York. He also used this belief with his passion for music. This passion became even stronger as he listened to the raw Rap, Hip Hop and R&B styles of artists such as Dmx, Jay Z, Nas, Kanye West, Lil Wayne, Stack-Bundles, and Juelz Santana. His biggest influences, however, came from his brother, Phil I, Lou T, and rapper, Max B.
With a variety of beats, sounds and styles, Wall G has proven himself to be just as talented and versatile as his favorite artists. Always melodic and never boring, his lyrics blend perfectly with the smooth, and sometimes even gritty sounds of Rap. No matter where he is or what he’s listening to, as soon as he hears a good beat, his creative side goes to work on making new music.
Using this ability to his advantage, Wall G has released numerous songs on Sound Cloud. Along with 2 upcoming projects, he has also released his biggest album yet, ChickFinesse. By creating music that mixes Rap, Hip Hop and R&B into one unique song, he hopes to leave a permanent mark on the industry, while also growing his fan base, and most importantly, creating tracks that his listeners can connect to.
