He has mentored and produced some of the biggest names in British urban pop, his debut album spawned hits everywhere from India to Sweden squeezing in over 370 performances in to his hectic schedule, including performances at Glastonbury, T4 On The Beach Main stage, MOBO Awards, National Movie Awards, iTunes Festival, 02 Arena, 02 Academy venues and even Buckingham Palace for an exclusive performance for The Queen.
In 2010 DJ Ironik’s popular track ‘Tiny Dancer’ featuring Elton John and Chipmunk was also used for the movie ‘Street Dance’ sound track and was quoted as the influence for the movie.
With 200 thousand followers on twitter, facebook and Instagram combined and 30 million views on youtube, this year has been another big one for the DJ/Producer/Rapper, DJing around the world in Dubai, Japan, U.S and all across Europe.
Following his latest EPs ’Ticking Off Boyhood Dreams’ and ‘Past Present Future’ which charted in the iTunes top 20 and really built on his credible street fan base, the release of his album ‘Truth Be Told’ which peaked at number 18 in the iTunes charts, is an urban pop gem sprinkled with special guests including Snoop Dogg, Fekky, Jme, Big Tobz, Ayo Beatz, Paigey Cakey and more. The full length album ‘Truth Be Told’ released by independent label RU Listening Ltd has had a number of singles released from it this year, including ‘Watch Nuttin’ which was play listed at Kiss FM and the chart topping ‘Dancing’ with British boyband Union J. ‘Everyone Falls’ is the latest offering from one of the urban pop albums of the year.
