Knowing they still loved each other but weren’t able to stop fighting over silly things made him write this song. ‘I’m The One’ is nothing more than a chance to apologize to the one he loves and make the necessary promises to finally get their relationship back on track.
The emptiness and distance felt after breaking up made Jusky realize their love was just fine. Jusky missed every little thing they did while together and that was the main inspiration for this track. It could have been a slow sad song, but instead, Jusky wanted it to be upbeat and more positive because he believed they’d make up again.
