John Turri – Spark

Singer songwriter John Turri began writing, singing, and playing guitar at the age of 18. His influences stem from Ed Sheeran, Coldplay, Marvin Gaye, Otis Redding, James Bay, and John Mayer. In one spectrum, John Turri’s compositions provide the easy listening atmosphere of a catchy love song, in another, his songs capture the depth and vulnerability that occurs in seasons of struggle, change, and loss. John released an EP titled, “Four” at the end of 2014, and is in the recording process of his first full length album, which is projected to release early 2018. John’s full length record will be titled, “Penni Rae”, dedicated to his beautiful mother who passed in May 2016. Jonathan Richard Ilizaliturri was born in Riverside, California on February 10th, 1992.
