Plamen (Bonev) De La Bona was raised in a small town in the south of Bulgaria, situated in the Rodopi mountains bordering Northern Greece. Since the age of 9 he started writing poetry and attempted writing fiction.

At the age of 11 he joined the school choir as a lead soloist and couple of years later a local band of older musicians asked him to be their lead singer.

At the age of 15 he left the current music project and established his own band “Breakdown in the Head” which was vastly influenced by the likes of Nirvana, Stone Temple Pilots, Alice in Chains, Soundgarden, Manowar andMetallica. They wrote their own music and enjoyed incredible success touring the country and having a taste of the“Rock N Roll” life style. At the age of 18 he left the band and enlisted in the Army where he realized that he needed to share his love for music with this world and left it for a better place.
